We use APC Overnight courier. If you cannot inspect the light units or lamps whilst courier is present, please cross off “RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION” then sign for the consignment.
It is very important for you to do this even if the packaging seems reasonable. This is because APC will reject our claim if the customer have signed the package as being in good condition and this will affect your damage claim / refund to us.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, an email, which you provided whilst using paypal, will be sent to you. In the event of your order not being received and redirected to a local depo, please click here to located your nearest APC depo. Thank you.
